Are timeouts % calculated wrong

I have the sneaking suspicion that the timeout % is calculated from all timeouts in all my games.  When it should be just the timeout games in which I timed out.

I just won a game due to a timeout and I'm sure my timeout % jumped up a percent.  I shouldn't be penalised when my opponent times out.

You can count your timeout losses from the last 90 days and calculate the timeout ratio yourself.

The ratio can increase without you timing out, if too many non-timeout games go past the 90 day expiry limit, and you have not played enough games recently to replace them in the calculation.

Lots of people have a timeout ratio of 0% - but they have won games on time - so it can't be a general problem.

I have no timeouts my self.  Just my opponents.  My timeout % should be zero.

Seems to be an inaccurate statement.
