She will be sadly missed, a great wealth of knowledge, very intelligent. Always a pleasure to play against. I am not convinced she used outside assistance ie namely computer assistance. She had an encyclopeadic knowledge of old masters games - it's likely she just knew what to do in most positions.
Augustkim

She was a beautifull, intelligent, tallented person of integrity. Both as a chess player and as human being striving to be her best. A talented photographer, artist and philosopher. I think chess .com may have kicked off someone who could be a world chappion if she chose to. She was humble enough to play me and my rating is less than half of hers. She knew the game in a way that most of us only dream of. I hope to find her again on chess sites. This site should look into the compleat history of a player before making judjments. Dan

Touche. Could'nt have put it better myself.

I am almost certain that her account was not, closed for cheating. For one thing, her rating was never as high as 2200, and it was about 1900 when her account was closed. If she had been cheating, her rating would certainly have been much higher. In addition, she made a big point of how much she hated players who used the German chess engines. Why would she, if she was cheating herself (especially since she was apparently Expert strength over the board).
I think she must have been removed for some other violation of the rules such as having multiple accounts, or using the site to promote some commercial product (I strongly suspect this is what really happened). Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any way to ask the site management why her account was closed.
I think that a very crude way of assessing because Augustkim learnt a few opening Ruy Lopez, English, berlin defence for Black to every possible response. Before chess.com changed interface you could look at all your oppenents openings and ninety percent of hers were using just Ruy lopez or English sometimes Caro-kaan. A stategy that Ksparov used to employ, He learnt some opening particularly the Caro-kaan to every possible reply. Now my openings are all eclectic because I would stumble into openings I new nothing about. I have had games were the chess, com computer said I had made only one mistake or so because the opponent would blunder gifting you the only obvious move.

The Staff still thinks she was using a computer:

She was using computer assistance in many of her games.

Excuse me Erik for disturbing you again. Do you know - can you tell me - what was HER mistake?
Mike

Still not convinced that she did, she often complained that sometimes she was doing her studies and would play mistakes but then when she was concentrating thats when she played more like the OTB winner she is.

Why are they be convinced?
How can we convince them that they are wrong?
Do the Staff read these posts?
