Auto aborted By Server

I am having the same problem as a couple others, before any moves are made, the servere auto-aborts. One game, I got points from a resignation when no moves were made. The other three were cancelled. Any ideas?

Thank you, but I think it's more than that. I should not have received points for a resignation related to the auto-disconnect. It happens nearly immediately.

It is possible that your opponent was restricted by the Fair Play policy. I believe in that case, all losses by the restricted player cause a rating loss, even if no moves are made.

I must say that now I think the reason anything went wrong was due to my error in clicking "Start Game" and other buttons in sequence.
