Auto disconnect and lost time

Recently I have been plagued by an assortment of “glitches” for lack of a better word. I search for a 3 min game, connect, make a few quick moves (6 or 7)and within a few minutes I timeout....or lose connection. I always have good connection to the internet so I don’t understand why I “disconnect” or “lose time”?
