So I was playing a game of rapid vs a friend and the game was rated (I thought the challenge was unrated but it wasn't). I was getting a bug where my pieces would freeze or stutter whenever I tried to move them. The page tried to reload itself and when it reloaded the game says I resigned. Is there a way to get my rating points back? He is much lower rated then I am so I lost 16 elo (I was 1032 and he was 154). I know how stupid this sounds I just need help.
