Resolved: Automatic Pause of Games

I asked Support a question about this on 12/3 and received an automated response saying my question would be answered in 24 hours. On 12/5 I replied to that response to say I still had not received an answer. Please help me
ASAP, because my games are paused (against my will) because I am a "premium" member and one of my games was about to time out. I wanted it to time out, because I have been told in the past that that is the only way to bow out of an open seek when I decide not to play the game, without losing the game. The situation is this: I accepted a challenge and then realized it was a 960 game instead of a regular game. I don't want to play a 960 game. So I didn't make my first move. HOW DO I BOW OUT OF A GAME IF CHESS.COM PAUSES MY GAMES BEFORE I TIME OUT? Help!

You should have an Abort button. If not then resign. A non-tournament game not exceeding three moves will not affect ratings. If it did it would be your Chess960 rating anyway.
