same for me :(
Automatically claim victory when time runs out!

Same. 1 day rated challenge accepted with me as white. After my first move, opponent hasn’t responded in over 24 hours. His clock is stuck at 18 minutes. I have Automatically Claim Victory turned on. Oddly, the game shows in the app, but not on the website. I don’t really want to accept a win, but I don’t want a draw or a loss and I don’t know how to get rid of the game. I don’t see a manual option on either the web site or the app.
I have the setting 'Automatically claim victory when time runs out!' disabled in my daily game settings but it's not working.
I've had 2 games where my opponent has ran out of time and I've won automatically. One game was rated against a non friend and the other was an unrated game against a friend.
My understanding from https://support.chess.com/en/articles/8705363-how-can-i-prevent-getting-wins-based-on-timeouts is that with the setting 'Automatically claim victory when time runs out!' disabled I should be given the option to either claim the win or leave the game paused, giving my opponent more time to make their move.
I've searched and haven't found any posts with the same issue. Any idea why this setting isn't working for me?
