Awards do not always register

Aloha!

I have completed most of the awards (done the requirements for them), yet I have not received a number of them. Is there a reason why or is it just the game that glitches or something?

Any feedback is welcome :)

There are some that are bugged, but it's also possible you may not have actually met the requirements on others.

I see! In the event that it’s a bug, can an admin/chess.com staff member help get the award for me or is that award forever unobtainable?

Support can award bugged ones, but as I mentioned, some may actually have a different requirement.
