Bad sportsmanship, account restricted

My account got restricted due to bad sportsmanship. My internet was behaving strangely and many games got disconnected.
Misunderstanding.
Now it says that I can issue open challenges and the restriction will be lifted when I have played few games with good sportsmanship. Fine..
Problem is I can’t issue any type of challenge to show my good intentions so I can play normally again. Every time it says challenge canceled.
What to do?
Thanks in advance

Hello, I have been facing with same issue...can someone help?

Infidel_Catto

with the pandemic, more people have sought companionship online via the chess, so the servers are under more pressure now and innocent folk are getting called bad sports for all the wrong reasons grrrrrrrrrrrr

I normally hunt down people like this, but you are an exception. One of the main reasons YOU were restricted was you kept disconnecting. It wasn't your fault, it was your Wifi. The reason chess.com doesn't care is they actually do, but from what I've read, Sportsmanship is handled by bots, who can't tell the difference between people with internet accidents and trolls.

Unfortunately, you can really only wait out your restriction and then prove yourself.

Sorry, buddy. sad.png

And, of course, if OP continues having problems with his internet connection, the problem just won't go away. Between a rock and a hard place . . . frustrated.png
