Ban Appeal - Too Many Aborts

I've been banned for "too many aborts" and definitely haven't aborted any games.
Is there any way to see what game I supposedly "aborted"?

I don't know how support tracks them but if you write to support@chess.com, they should tell you

Pretty sure the actual aborts aren't tracked, just how often. I believe the also get lumped into disconnects, so if that ratio gets too high, as a ratio to completed games, then you get restricted.

If you play without disconnects or abort and get that ratio down, you'll be removed from the pool.

I can guarantee with 100% certainty that i completed every game that I have played. Not sure how it would think that I disconnected or aborted a game though.

Aborts are also included in the ratio, so I'd your haven't had many/any abandonment, then you're aborting too often.

So if you're getting the restrictions, your ratio is too high.

Right, I also haven't aborted any games. I literally think that this is a bug or sore loser misreporting a game as abandoned...

I have literally not disconnected, nor aborted any games in the last 6 months, 100% certain.

That's why I'm asking how to see my ratio or what games I supposedly DC'd.

Being reported does not change that ratio; it's all automatic. It's not something that can be seen by anyone but staff.

If you believe it's in error, you can contact support directly about it:
