I am a diamond member but I keep getting blank scores in review. I have reported this problem several times but no one seems to be fixing the problem for me. Game Review is one of the reason I went for the Diamond membership so I am quite disappointed with that and I am now thinking to end my diamond membership if this problem is not fixed.

Are those for games played here? If they are from games entered into analysis and you don't have at least one player with a rating configured, the estimated rating feature will be empty.

edit: I see that no ratings were added to either player so that part is expected. That feature uses the player ratings, along with the accuracies, to generate values.

Thanks for your reply. But that is not the case. I have entered many games into analysis without any rating and most of them works fine. But for some unknown reasons there are some games which I just can't generate any rating or accuracy scores. I guess there maybe some problems encountered when I generate the review at the first time and chess.com just keep using that result every time I try to generate the review but not running the review again. Just my guessing and I am not sure what the real problem is as they did not fix the problem for me at all.

The Game Review code won't generate estimated ratings if neither player has a rating listed. It was designed to require that to give an estimate. I have asked the staff member that manager the feature and that's what they said. The actual calculations use the rating to give the estimate.

I have asked if it's expected that the game phase accuracies also don't show in that case but haven't heard anything yet. I know the general accuracy calculations are influenced by ratings as well (the algorithm is more forgiving at lower rating levels)

Also, review data is regenerated each time unless it was recently ran.
