Banned for what???😔

This is my previous account on chess.com"The_Walking_Chess"...and it's currently banned

I got an email that my account is closed...I tried to message them back but for some reason the message isn't delivered to them

I just want to know why did I get banned..I didn't cheat...I assume it's for some messages I had with someone...but I didn't know you could get banned for it...I thought chess.com gives you a warning at first

You should use the Support option in the menu to contact staff

It says "It appears that the account associated with this email is not closed"

That's because I recreated another account (this account) with the same email address

It sounds like you used the option in the email to create a second chance account

Yeah this is my second chance account

I think chess.com looked at one of my rapid games and decided to ban me...like dude I'm +2100 elo in every format...I don't need to cheat...it's really depressing that my effort for years gone in trash

Is there anyway that I can get a recheck on my account???

The original email had an option to request an appeal. That said, the vast majority of appeals are not granted as they don't close accounts without being very certain
