I got asked to confirm resignation while playing

Hi everyone,
During the game below, while I was in zeitnot, I was asked to confirm that I wanted to resign. That was just when I was about to confirm my move (I play on Android with the confirm option for each move) so in a hurry, instead of confirming my move, I confirmed that I wanted to resign, hence lost the game. After the game, I first thought that I had hit the "resign" option by mistake but in fact, it seems like the resign option is not available on Android when you're about to confirm a move. Or is it? If it is not, why was I asked if I wanted to resign?
