It doesn't appear that you have a premium membership.
There are instructions in Help on how to cancel a premium membership on your own before it renews.
Human support is still available but they do try to use the bots to answer the questions like yours that come up frequently. There is a link to a form to request a refund.


Hopefully this serves as a warning to anybody who plays here. The support is very non-responsive and just make sure you aren't being charged something on your credit card that you shouldn't.
Anyplace that doesn't give you the option to talk to a human being is a huge red flag.
UPDATE: Everything has been resolved now. It took a while but at least it's worked out. Just wanted to add this for complete transparency.
