is there a way to know who is the best admin in a group or team or in chess.com?
If a group has only one admin then, yes, there is an easy way of knowing.

If are there exactly 2 admins ...
and one of them always speaks the truth and the other one always lies ...
then - ask each admin:
"if I asked the other admin which admin is best, who would they say it was?"
then ...
The truly great admins offer drinks. The clever admins assume you're drinking already, and therefore throw a bunch of team challenges out there so you can play chess inebriated.

then ... pick the opposite of the one they say. (They will both tell you the same wrong one.)
that is a great idea but that can be only for 2 admins and in our group there are more than 3+ admins
Run a "Best Admin of the Month" contest in your group. For tips on how NOT to do this, refer to recent 'Best Category-X of the Month' threads.
Hi Khosrov ! My rating is not far from yours and so I am wondering why you ask this question as we may have a common interest. When it comes to team matches for example we naturally find ourselves listed near the foot of tables. This results in our being exposed often to the risk of being matched with provisionally rated 1200 "newbie" players who proceed to strip us of our ratings when , as often happens, they are in fact experienced accomplished players far above novice status. This can happen when admins. allow such entries, whereas they are not allowed in site run competitions under existing site rules. Of course the competition is then highly unfair, even bogus I would suggest . My current match of Bulgaria V Scotland is a good example of this bad practice, where no less than 3 of the bottom listed opponents were 1200 rated "newbies" and you only have to see present ratings to realise the injustice practised(probably in complete ignorance)by admins with their heads in the high cloud ratings! Naturally I avoid such administration as far as possible but it is difficult when they have not previously been encountered.
