getting killed in daily with 850 players bulleting perfect moves in an opening that they've never seen that took 7 years to develop and the cheat team just freaking sits there allowing it to happen. martin, do some work that matters instead of cut and pasting the obvious. god

Have you reported those opponents using the report button on their profiles or sent an email to support@chess.com?
Every month they review millions of games and close thousands of accounts. Have you seen the monthly reports?

The use of databases , books, etc are allowed in Daily chess, so it is easy for anyone to play book moves if they are using all allowed resources.

Please do not direct me elsewhere ... I did my due diligence and went through proper channels, and that got me exactly nowhere, so now I am here, my last resort. All I want to know is how to change the credit card you have on file for my account. And yes, I did find that in the frequently asked questions, but when I pursued it, it was a dead end. Would not even allow me to send a message. You can tend to that bug if you'd like to, but in the mean time, again I ask, how can I change my credit card? Can an admin contact me? Thank you.
