Billing Issue - charged twice

Anyone know where I can get in touch with someone on customer service?

I upgraded my account on Sunday to Diamond member. I was charged TWICE without any consent.

PLEASE HELP ME ASAP. I have been waiting for someone to contact me about this ISSUE since SUNDAY. I was told that premium members get top priority. I have been a proud member since 2007, please SOMEONE contact me!!!

I have sent a ticket in on Sunday, but have not heard from anyone. i also called there help number and left a message. I figured 3 business days is more then enough time for someone to contact me back about this??

What's going on? Is something wrong at chess.com headquarters or something? I noticed it's only been David occasionally popping in and out of forums. Where are the other admins and mods?

I got charged twice the same amount of $99 on February 15 (but my free trial was supposed to end on the 17th) and today(febuary 20). I don't understand why I would be charged in between a 5 day period. I want a refund of 198 for the 2 concurrent charges without my permission. I have already called by bank but they want me to try and resolve it here before disputing it.Thanks.

Same happend to me, charged twice, and im still a basic member.
