Blocking users from an entire country

How do I block all users from a specific country. There is one country where they cheat more often than not and I don't want to even have to abort a game with one. I'm sure you know which one I'm talking about.. (starts with a PH)

nope, chess.com wants to avoid rasism and... the phillies do do their stuff but it is allowed since they bribe chess.com and chess.com has no problems with that... (lol just kidding)

I'm already on it.. 

just call 911 and ask for the police and tell them ajttja sent you, I bribed them to follow me. I used them to kidnap Magnu but you can use them to break into chess.coms high security headquarters (as long as i get 50% of the doe)
