My Live chess board is gray. I cant start a game, and I cant see the challenges or main chat.

any Ideas?

Ive the same problem, not sure what the problem is. May be missing software, although never had a problem until few weeks ago. Try pressing CTRL and F5, think it does a hard refresh of the page. Works for me. If you find how to stop the fault message me, thanks.

I had this problem too. There is a settings wheel that lets you change appearances. Actually there are two! One is in the regular menu, the other is in the top right of the ongoing game. If one doesn't work, try the other! It was strange but trying both eventually fixed my problem.
