board won't show in email chess

Now both browsers are working.  I have been having this on and off for the past couple hours with both browsers.

try changing your board size and pieces style. if that doesn't work, can you load these files?

I'm having a similar problem, with all of my browsers, and found that the last two files you listed above are blocked by an organizational firewall.

I have tried "F5", Cntrl R to no avail.

I use internet explorer and have Windows 7 Home Premium, can you please help?

RabbiChris,  yes, IE 8 users are seeing this at the moment sorry. I'm looking into whats causing it.

No, the oem key you posted relates to the operating system on your computer. Its the serial key.

I started having the issue on my "on-line games" when using internet explorer

windows 7

browser: chrome

session cookies: true

JavasScriptEnabled: true

Firewall: false

width/height: 1600/1200

broadband: true

yes it is an issue of seeing the pieces. I the page loads, the board is shown but no chess pieces.

I too have the two files blocked at work.

I assume there is no way around this without getting the firewall changed?
