Bot rasist or just sick man?

I try to report [removed]

Reason: Racist, cheater, probably a bot account.

No response from Chess.com (not the first time they’ve done nothing). Am I doing something wrong and need to report it differently, or do they just not care? (I used the three-dot menu to report.)

You are accusing someone..maybe include some evidence...Cuz if the mods see it they might do something...

for someone with the 720 . If you think that this is not enought evidence then I am curious what he need to add to his account to be blocked? It is clear that this account should be block becouse of

a) nickname

b) H!tler .....

c) –accuracy at his level is about 80–99.2% in many matches.
