Bot spam?

Hi, I was on a match with [Deleted by mod- utsabChess] and then he said: "you are an idiot ha haha !" and I reported him, but then, he sent me a screenshot of the chat, and "you are an idiot ha haha !" wasn't in the chat, so I think I've detected some sort of bot spam. Please, do 2 things:

• Please don't block [Deleted by mod- utsabChess] until we confirm it did him
• If anyone experiences the same thing, please reply to this post

Please do not accuse people of anything on public forum. Reach out to support with the details and they should help.
