Probably just an Explorer issue. Not sure you can get rid of it.
I can't test right now to see if it happens to me or not.
Bottom scroll bar pops up repeatedly for no reason in V3.

On V3 in Live Chess, every time I move my mouse, the bottom scroll bar comes up. I'm using Internet Explorer 11. On my other computer with Chrome, it does not happen. Has anyone else experianced this and how do I get rid of it? (can't install chrome on this computer) It is annoying. Thanks.
