Bug Report - Puzzle Rush on Android chess.com application

Hi,

Within the past week or two I have hit the same bug using Puzzle Rush on the Android chess.com app. I have screen shots of the bug, if that helps.

Two times I have reached my personal record on Puzzle Rush at 3 minutes, and once I came within one point of my personal record at 5 minutes. Each time, the app has returned the mesage "Resource not found" and the result has been recorded as one puzzle less solved than what I actually acheived.

I have photographic evidence of this in the form of screen shots taken on my mobile phone, and would like the scores corrected.

Even better, I would like the bug fixed, please.

What is your app version? I just tested and didn't see any issues like that. It sounds like your may have had a connection issue.

Nope, I don't think so.

Why not? If it was happening every time, that could potentially be a bug. If it's happening occasionally, that's likely a connection issue.

I see that you have no experience of writing software. Never mind. It has happened three times under the same circumstances: reaching a personal record score on Puzzle Rush using the same platform each time. There will be a call to a less frequently occured function/process/method/class at that point, in order to update the record. It is here that the program is tripping up.
You are being unhelpfully helpful. I would politely request you to get out of the way, please.

I do have some experience with writing software. I also played a few sessions on the Android app, getting a personal best, and didn't have any issues with it.

Version of the chess.com app is given by Android as "4.6.15-googleplay". Running on Samsung A54 (SM-A546B/DS) Android 14, One UI 6.0, Kernel version 5.15.104-android13-3-27760517.

I tried to recreate the issue you were seeing by doing multiple attempts until I hit a personal best. If I was able to recreate, then there would have been a good chance there's was a bug of some sort.

You might double check to see if there's a newer app version available for you; a new version was released yesterday.
