Hi

found some bugs from using mobile app

wanted to share/report it but it is pretty hard task from mobile app

Cursor disappeared ( using iphone 7 and 13.3), I am not going to try again uploading an image to this forum post. Last try lost whole new message state and had to write this all again happy.png

I am really happy with the game experience and how fast it is - just got an error/bug when accepted a request for rematch and I was not able to start any mach after that - (null) is not available to play

 

maybe its reported already but it was really hard to find the way to report bugs as instructions are for desktop app

I am not sure what happened, you might need to restart your device maybe? Or disconnect from internet and reconnect again?

I never tried to use through Apple ID, but I don’t think it make a difference. I suggest you report your issue to chess.com

I sent them something yesterday I will check whether they replied, one minute…

Yeah, I just check and they didn’t reply yet. I guess they need 2 days maybe. Just be patient and wait happy.png

perhaps not a big, but showing moves that don't count - ie checks and checkmate after time runs out is a frustrating defect imho. losing on time with a checkmate showing kinda sucks.

I just finished a game. It was a mate in 1. I had 1 sec left on the clock. As soon as my opponent made his move I gave him the check mate. Moved my queen to c7 and my rook was on c1 while the enemy king was on c8. I have checked the game several times even did the self-analysis. There were no threats to the queen and there was no way to block the check mate. Still it showed that I lost on time. Can you look into it? I can share the game jf you want.

I have the same error on my phone right now, probably some bug on their side, because I could play normally 2 hours ago
