bug

I have had each of these problems happen twice in the last week. I have two games going and the first one I started playing disapears from my list of games I am playing. I can find it on my iphone but not on my laptop. I have reloaded the page, closed the window and reopened even went to my friends profile to veiew the game. Which shows up on his page, but not mine. Also on the second game it keeps telling me that it is my move but I just went. If if is my move then it is not updating to show my friends move.

How can I fix these problems? Any advice would be MUCH appriciated.

Are you 100% sure you don't have separate chess.com accounts in your phone app and computer?

And, are you sure you don't have separate chess.com accounts via chess.com itself and facebook?

Same account. Has not happened since. Not sure what happened to fix it.
