Looks like most everyone has not experienced this problem. I hate to sound trivial, but you should ensure you are using the most up-to-date web browser.
Bugs in Watching Live Games
No, I'm experiencing this too, and I have an up-to-date browser. A lot of people in game chats are experiencing the same thing.
Thank you friends; Nor updating and changing the browser work. What's the reason? Is there any solution?
sshakib,
I'm very sorry that this is happening :( Could you please take a screenshot of the problem?
Can you please let me know which operating system, browser and browser version you are using when this happens?
Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies and cache to see if this would resolve the issue?
Can I provide one? Only seven moves displayed in this position and still is announced as a checkmate for Black here:
Same bug happening to me, this is the game I see and http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=576684047 is the game that was actually played by the players. I am using Google Chrome v28.0.1500.95, Windows 7. Doesn't happen all the time, sometimes I can follow the games just fine, usually happens when I switch tabs and then come back to the game, and I'll need to refresh the page to make the actual game come back, I switch tabs a lot so this happens a lot. Thnx,

Dear Kansha,
Thank you for your support in this matter. Here is another sample:
The screenshot of the 32th move in the live:

and the real situation which is accessible at the page of the game (http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=576729529):

My operating system and web browser are Win 7 and Mozilla FireFox v.23 respectively.
Also, clearing my cookies and cache didn't resolve the problem.
Ok thank you very much for all the screenshots and information you have provided. I will now work on replicating this and reporting it to our developement team.
Do any of you guys have any plugins or add-ons installed in your browsers? If so, which ones?
Do you have a inkling whice one could be causing issues?
Personally, I have Adobe, RealPlayer, Silverlight, Quicktime and two others for Windows and Goggle + Antivirus. I've heard that Java plugins could cause some instability and had them removed some 2 months ago.
I had the same problem...
Obviously, it can't be my turn because he is in check and he must move his king.
This is google chrome.
Looks like the same bug described in this thread:

I've had some problems with watching the live games in chess.com during the past week. Most of the movements are not shown and the times of both players don't change normally. Did anyone else experience this problem? (I think my internet connection is okay)
