yes first go to google chrome and enter https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/articles/1444763-how-do-i-close-delete-my-account- then that shows one page you want to click the second line However, if you would like to close your account entirely, please click here. thats shows the deactivation of the account and click on yes please cancel and your account may be delete
