I mean, if I can connect to the site with a chess program from my computer, and not play in the browser. FICS is another site for play chess online, and there I can do that. Can I do that here ??

No -- chess.com has no API.  You have to use the interface provided.

What I meant was just use Arena, or whatever other interface you like, and play the engine of your choice at home. No need for chess.com for that.
