  1. I would like to play some games without being rated. I want to practice different types of openings and defenses.

For turn-based games, use the Start New Game under Play Chess, not the larger text Start New Game in orange below that.

(The first Start New Game could be relabelled as Advanced Start New Game or Start New Game with Options, to disambiguate it from the second one - relabelled as Quick Start New Rated Game).
