How did white won on time?

game

The point I am trying to make is that I already moved to a mate position against my opponent which means the server received and executed my move for mate .. then it said I lost for running out of time .. just interesting because I was able to make the move and the server accepted it as you can see from the image, so I should have won the game .. the clock on both sides were saying 0:00 which is another interesting error . by the way I am not saying this for the points but I thought I would share with support as I think this might be a bug ..

You are a poor sport who lets time run out instead of resigning!!!!

Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
No hes not he was up the queen/rook and his server was laggy and he was winning so it was a bug with the server-he mated him, but the server didnt process the time correctly so he shouldve won but he didnt

I'm not commenting on his question. I'm speaking to his play in general. I was just playing a 1 minute game with him, and after he lost a few key components after a few seconds, he let the clock run out instead of resigning. A poor sport. Unfortunately he has comments disabled on his page, so this is my means of letting people know.

Ok, baby girl nosmarteee, you can cry as much as you want, it is a game and unlike you, people have a real life and to assume I let the clock run out is narrow minded because there are other different reasons, at the end whether I wish to resign or not is none of your f*ken business .. it is a 1 min game and you may only waited few seconds on your butt .. a big deal suck it up and grow up and stop writing negative comments and perhaps focus on your games and improve your 1500 rating ..

Oh... this is so close... i can see here that you checkmated your opponent, but the server thinks you didn't. This happens when the server is receiving your move in internet packets... and get a few of them but not all. It records the time when the packets arrive, and when the clock is 0:00, it was receiving the packets but restrained to receive the rest after time went out. Your computer also got information that you won but it did not actually verify with the server. This is because your computer is in very close contact with you... so the ping can be set as 0.00 seconds here. But when it has to go to faraway servers, the ping time increases. So there is a delay for your moves.

Some packets failed to arrive to the chess.com server, ... i think the move packets arrived, but not the verification ones.

Thank you, I am not that technical but this sound like a reasonable explanation.
