cancel suscription

When trying to cancel my suscription I cancelled my account by mistake so, will my suscription be cancelled automatically at the same time? I sent an email ten days ago with no response so far. It's not clear and easy the way you have to let an account to be cancelled I I know that I'm not the first one to have problems be reguided to a lost page with no success in the cancellation. It's frustrating that I don't know if I  am going to be charged for a service I am not using and I can't use anymore, Solve and improve that please, Cancellation should be as easy as upgrading friends

It appears you still have an account and it shows no premium subscription. Therefore, it looks like you have achieved your goal.

It seems to me pretty easy to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription within the Account page. http://www.chess.com/home/account  It is the very first thing on the page.

Thanks for your answer but this is a new account, the membership was associated with the account I cancelled under the nick pepejglez, once the account was cancelled it was impossible to cancel therefore the membership as I am afraid and found no way to solve it or check it before a new payment will be charged and my email asking for help has not been answered.

I doubt that they would charge you after you have closed that account. You can write another email to support to see if they can restore your old account (and close the new one), so you can actually use whatever portion of your subscription was remaining before you closed the account.

Many thanks again, I tried all that in the first place. let's see how this ends up. I'm still waiting for an answer since the first of january

they solved the situation, I had to wait a good couple of weeks though and lost all those days of my suscription anyway...
