Interestingly, I am a part of that group and I got that bullet thing 30 minutes ago. Then it started working 30 minutes ago.

I logged out and tried Chrome Browser. Seems ok now. All very wierd.

I just found about this, and I'm in the same boat.

I have deleted the oversized Logo that Chess.com says was apparently causing the problem.

Could you folks in tech kindly the problem again?  Now that we know what caused it it shouldn't happen again.

It did it again... You may want to add a limit in the system to prevent this from happening again after this...

Certainly not, I can't see the group (so I can't leave), my profile (annoyingly), or the home page :p

the problem was solved. The staff "removed" the image but I still think the filter is not configured right, and the SA did not know that the image caused the issues in the first place therefore it was reuploaded... Now, the homepage crashed again...

I don't have that problem, but when I click on someone else's profile I get that image. Of course, I don't have a problem with that, but still.
