Cannot Access my Messages

I have not been able ti access my message section for over a week .  I have emailed Chess.com support seven  times and received just a brief inquiry. I wondered if anyone could offer any help. Thanks

Clearing browser cache is what they usually suggest for such small hiccups... maybe try that. Otherwise I've got no idea.

Try using incognito/private mode. It's possible a plugin/add-0on is blocking something.

Also, what happens if you click the unread tab?

should have a phone number you can call try that i myself had trouble getting someone 

I have clicked unread tab and tried archiving messages and deleting all  my messages but it stays the same, The weird part is I can send messages it seems. I did not know chess,com had a phone number

Charles I have sent 7 emails and submitted 3 bug reports and not a word from chess.com except for the first one.

Do you have another device to try it there? Also, I want you to try messaging anyone (You can test it at me), by using the message in the profile page. When you click that, try clicking in the small mail image. It will let you go to the messages. Try typing anything, then check whether the messages appear again. This doesn’t seem logical, but I guess worth trying.

tried it took me to same blank page. Does chess.com have one anyone still work for them anymore?

Also, what browser and browser version are you on?

I did several times hoping to hear from them.
