You have a lot of abandoned games in your Live Chess archive. Perhaps, if you write to the staff, explaining the reasons for the abandonments, they might reinstate you.

well I hate it when people disconnect so I could see why they would do that. however if its a tech issue then perhaps it would be justified reinstateing you.
I never ever disconnected intentionally..but when i try to accept any cahllenge,pop up shows i didn't followed fair play policy....help me out..
I urge you to pin down the source of your disconnections and try to correct it.
If you simply do not have a stable internet connection, then really that's not fair to the vast majority of those who have reasonably good connections imo.
I think a minor factor worsening your connection issues could be your PC being 'busy' (web browsing, downloading, etc.) while connected here.

OK it does seem you have also abandoned games where you were in a winning position. I thought the fair play system somehow took that into account (with material on the board) before enforcing anything.
Try to use chrome, keep your temp files and cookies cleared, and most importantly, try to play with a stable connection.
