Cannot login to the chess.com app

Hello. I am sometimes not able to login from my account. I see

"Unable to login. Error RP13"

Any help would be appreciated.

Which app and what version?

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I usually login directly in the browser but it does no longer seem to work for me.

I typed the same password for 20 times to login in the account. After entering the captcha I got logged in

Same problem on iOS

Download a vpn. Change the server . Log in to your account without any problems.  And thank me later. 

And how did you solve the problem rather than changing the server.
