You'll have to get your rating closer to where it was or wait until your rating stabilizes where it's at to play in tournaments.

i got my account unrestricted i contacted chess.com support in then they send me a email that said this

I had the same problem. When I was playing a sandbagger I could not play any tournaments. Then I played some bullet games and then I could play in a tournament so try playing a different variant play like 10 games or so and then try playing in a tournament. For me it works. Also did the support help you?

so i cant play any tournaments i can only play the normal games. i couldn't do anything about my 1 option is to contact chess.com support in then they said that they remove the sandbagger in then i can now play tournaments
