Cannot reset password - did not receive reset email

Hello

I made this account just so I can post this question: I forgot my password, clicked the 'forgot password' link but I still have not received the reset email password (tried today around 12 PM CET and again about 30 minutes ago). How can I receive the reset password email?

Did you check your spam/junk folders?

Yes, nothing in spam folder either.

Are you sure you are checking the right e-mail account?

 

If so, you might open a ticket, but they have a backlog so it may take some time to get back to you.

I’m having this same issue. Yes, I checked the right email. Yes, I checked the spam folder. It’s been days since I requested it and still no email or reply from their help line. If this doesn’t get fixed then I’m cancelling my subscription.

if you forgot your password how are you talking in the forums??

I’m still logged in on the app on my phone from years ago.
