the email issue is proving tricky. working on still. i'm sorry. but we've fixed some of the other email issues today.

Hi i have been keeping an eye on this thread since joining, each time i try to log into my email at chess.com account. i get the following:
Error: Login failed - Username or password is incorrect
I use Windows Vista

Hi,
I just signed up for a diamond membership and chose my username for a chess.com e-mail account. I configured it with mail.chess.com as both pop and smtp servers on my e-mail program and it isn't authenticating.
Anything that I can do to solve this?
P.S.
I'm using Mac OS 11.6.4's "Mail".
