Can't create tournament on my club

I have a club named 'The Checkmate Crew.' Whenever I start a rapid or daily tournament, it disappears after a while. Only vote chess works.

Are you creating a Club Live event and a Sharable one? The latter does not show anywhere and you have to copy the link to share.
Daily tournaments are not tied to clubs, so they just show in the upcoming daily events section in the site
I've tried creating a club live rapid tournament multiple times, but it keeps disappearing after a while. I've made sure it's a live event and not a sharable one

It should show in your club's Upcoming events section until it starts or cancels if not enough players join.
How many players are needed for the tournament to start?
