can't find games

I just recently joined the chess.com community. I used to find games with no problem within max 30 seconds. But aboit 2 days ago, it just stopped working. The game tries to find an opponent for several minutes, and doesn't find any.

Hi there! Thanks for posting! I'm sorry that you're dealing with this issue! Can you please provide me with some information? For example, what browser do you use? Google, Safari, IE? When you search for games, does it give you an error message?
First, I encourage you to use Google Chrome! This is by far the best browser for our site! Next, I would suggest clearing the cache on your browser every so often. It's kind of like an oil change- Helps maintain a good speed and overall performance!
Let me know how/if you try these options!

I also cant find matches using my chess.com account but I have no problem playing as a guest, why is this? and how to fix?
yep, it's broken here as well. Has been happening for a few day now randomly, sometimes I'd find games sometimes it'd just wait 5 minutes and not find one. Sometimes cancelling the queue and starting it again would work, but that doesn't seem to work now anymore.
Recently have had the same issue. I go to find a game and it just keeps searching. If I close out and try again later sometimes it's back to normal, sometimes it's the same. Google Chrome / Ad blockers off.
I wonder if it's chess.com not being able to keep up with the resurgence in chess popularity and the servers are just under provisioned for peak hours?
It is not putting me into a game... I have tried clearing my cache and I'm using Chrome

The same problem right now. Now game, right about as I bought diamond membership.
Same problem. Can't find a game, worked this morning until it stopped. Cleared cache/using chrome.
Started working again right after I posted, but it hadn't worked all day. strange.
It kinda just started working randomly for me

There are a number of players with this problem. Why not challenge each other to a game?
Funny how this thread is two years old and people are responding to it again
