I get matched on web but for some odd reason when im on my phone (Oneplus 5) i cant find any matches
first you get flagged because chess.com is having server issues and next you know is you can't even find games anymore! gg!
Hey all, found that if you log in on your phone or tablet so your browser says disconnected (might need to have a game) then refresh the browser you should be able to find games. Worked every time for me so far.

The same is happening to me since one or two days ago. For chunks of time I cannot find a game in any of the time formats and then all of a sudden it works fine again. Then again not, then again etc.
Yep, for the last week or so, connecting to a game can take several minutes (previously it would only take 10 to 15 seconds), and I'm using the chess.com app. I'm not sure what changed.
same problem, cleared my cache and it worked for a few games and then broke again
When I try to play live chess on the app (Android) it seems like it searches endlessly. On chrome (my laptop) I can easily find a match. This is a new thing from a few days ago. Up until recently I had no issue to play from my phone
Same problem for me on Android. My internet was broken for a while, but after the router restarted I can't find any game. 
Cleaning cache, log out & log in not worked.

If you're on the app, verify you have the newest version. If yo do, try uninstalling and reinstalling

Same for me, i now have to clean data and cache and log in again everytime i want to play a few games on my android app (newest version, stable internet etc.) which really takes the fun away
