Can't join any tournaments

I just tried to join a swiss tournament for the 7th time in a row without success. Whenever I join one, I appear in the player list at first but then get kicked when the tournament starts and magically appear in a different tournament I have no intention of participating in. Before you ask - the tournaments have enough players. If I am eligible, why am I being kicked? If I am not eligible, why was I allowed to join and appeared in the player list in the first place!? On top of not being able to play in the tournaments I am being forced to resign the first game every time just to withdraw from the unrelated second tournament I've been forcibly moved to. This is infuriating, what the hell is going on!?
