Speed (or more accurate bandwidth) has little to do with it really. How stable the connection is and how many times the network causes disconnects and TCP/IP resends or resets is more important as is latency (lag) on general.
can't play chess online using Cellular
In your zeal to spew networking jargon, you weren't really listening to him. Did you realize that many people are still on dial-up Internet? There is no way that is better for online chess than LTE/4G, no matter how you want to look at it.
Well, even though my connection being optic fiber, major problems come from wi-fi/smartphone connection, at some point my phone may descide that it has better signal from cellular and switch to it, and that's it, it's too pity to have to abandon games just because of that...
P.S. I guess there is no solution for my problem...

The network jargon is true for any type of connection. Had the OP not mentioned cellular I would have linked to the help article on disconnects instead, which gives some pointers on things to minimize that and slowness.
I don't know a ton about cellular service but being wireless, latency and reconnects aren't going to be any better than a wired connection.
Of course it’s fixed long time ago. How else I get to 1500 plus hyperbullet rating? I play on phone mostly with cellular data ! ICan we not bump old outdated useless threads ?
Thanks for input, The problem is still there, and it has happened before and it happened now to me, im happy it works for you but for me it doesn't and it isn't outdated. there are no reasons for that and its chess.com exclusive problem. steady 100mp 20ping 20mb upload, i can stream cloud games where packet loss and disconnects are more crucial. Can we respect each other? : )
Why can't I play chess online using celular data on my phone, since it's much stable than wi-fi connection and sometimes even faster if it's LTE or 4G
