Can't play multiple games

I just upgraded my account so I can improve my game but also so that I could play multiple games at once. I want this because of the amount of people who disconnect after playing poorly instead of resigning and making me wait 5 minutes before I can play a new game. However I am unalbe to start any new games once I am in one. I press the "Start New Game" buton but nothing happens. Any ideas?

Same thing is happening to me. Is it a bug?

I have posted a ticket and a forum topuc about this and have gotten no help. Anyone?

Just checking, but have you turned on multiplay in your settings (it seems as if you have to do it from within Live)?

Sure, enter live chess. At the top of the window there is a menu in which you'll find "Settings". In the settings dialogue, select the "Play" tab. In there you'll find the "Play multiple games at a time" setting.
