Can't post a reply in my ticket

Hello!

I created a ticket (Ticket ID: 181836) and got an answer from the Support. However I am not able to post a reply. I received an email with the link to my ticket. When I try to follow the link I get an error message: [User Error]: autologonphp not found (includes/functions.php:29)

I guess it is because of chess.com support updates.

I would like to ask if it is a temporary problem or how I could answer in my ticket?

It is temporary yes while we get our support suite fully updated.

If you submit another ticket, with your answer, can you please quote the original ticket ID and we can track it from there.
