Can't reset my password

Hello Forum,

Since last week, I haven't been able to reset my password because I'm not receiving the email at all and yes not even my junk/spam folder. I tried many times. I'm positive the email account is correct because I was able to login via Google's federated login. The problem is that I can't make changes without knowing the current password! A support ticket was initiated but it's been more than 3 days without a reply already.

With it being the holidays it could take longer than normal to get a response. That siad, if you created your account with you Google account, you may not have a password and staff will have to set one.

It's too late now but you would use the support option in the menu, which you had already done
