Probably a chess.com bug. I can't view your rapid percentile either, so it isn't just your computer (and I can also view my rapid percentile, so it can't be a bug for all rapid percentiles not showing).
I heard chess.com has some leaderboard bugs lately, so it might have also impacted rapid stats too, but I've only heard a little in passing (or "en passant" as we chess players say 
).
Like the title says, I cannot view my centile in rapid, all other works, not rapid. I played 41 games of it, have 1041 rating.
