Can't see my accuracy.

Hello. A few hours ago I have played a chess game. I liked it a lot and I decided to analyze it, but when analysis was finished, there were 2 dashes instead of mine and opponent's accuracy.
I analysed this game again few times and reloaded the chess app but this didn't help.
Is there any way to see my and opponent's accuracy instead of those dashes?
