Cant see pieces

So sometimes, usually, when I get online, I can't see my chess pieces on my board when i am in a game. I can't make any moves because of it. Java is enabled.

I don't really know what to do but I saw a similar thread where erik advised someone to clear their cache and it started working. In that thread the the whole board didn't load so I don't know if it will work

When you use the net your browser stores pages on your hard drive to speed up access (it's faster to retrieve a page stored on your drive than it is to download it again). Every time a page changes, {that is every time you make a move!), it adds it to the cached pages on your hard drive. This soon fills the available space and you run out of moves, literally.

You can increase the size of your cache and set your browser (don't know which one you're using) to clear your cache automatically. Alternately you can download the excellent freeware program Disk Cleaner and run it when you finish a session. This will not only clean out your cache but also a lot of other unnecessary files which Windows leaves lying about on your disk.
